Solutions

Dotsaidia serves her clients through the Software as a Service (SaaS) model. SaaS is described as an online web-based solution hosted by the company that is providing the solution. This is in contrast to the Software as a Product (SaaP) model that requires customers to purchase software and host it by themselves.

What is so unique in our case is that we not only host the solutions but we also fully own them. As a result, we lower the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for our customers to zero. TCO of software is the combination of the purchase price, the costs of operating it and its value over time. Dotsaidia fully undertakes the obligation of developing and maintaining the software ensuring that it is always up to date and increasing in value with time at no extra cost.

Through feedback from our customers and stakeholders and developments in the education and ICT sectors, we identify upgrade needs in our solutions. These upgrades are carried out at no extra cost to our customers.

Our customers don't incur acquisition and maintenance costs. They only lease the services by paying subscription fees. The model abstracts our customers from the complicated technical aspects of developing and maintaining systems. It also encourages outsourcing of none core functions in such a way that our customers concentrate on their core activities for streamlined service delivery.
